Internet marketing also called digital marketing or online marketing or also called e-marketing is done over the internet by using computers. Internet marketing business is done not only by visiting the sites of companies to now the information about the products but also the company sends information and details regarding a product in which the customer is interested in via e mail. This is done by maintaining a data base of the e mails of people visiting the site and communicating with them.
There are many ways internet is used to reach out to the customer. One way of approaching is by targeting a potential customer who is browsing the net in search of some requirement. When one is searching the internet he types a key word in a search engine and the search engine picks up the relevant pages.
